(but i use, Titan panal, Peral, KT threat, damage meters, gatherer, atlas, atlas loot enchanced....and i think that's all...)

UI?
half my keys r bound to sinister strike and the other half are bound to slice and dice. i dont even look at my screen. i just mash my forehead on my keyboard and stuff dies.

but he replaced the words "taunt", "sunder", and "agros"

with

sinister "strike", "slice and dice", and "dies"

What Unitframes are you using?

That is a compilation Oakenwynd. It is Mazzle UI. The compilation is VERY VERY VERY Ram intensive. You can't get any of the stuff as is you need the whole UI together. Go ahead and give it a try.

It's interesting and VERY informative, but definately RAM intensive. So much so that it comes with a mod that will lower your graphics settings when you enter major cities to deal with the strain. Even with a $350 graphics card and 1.5g of ram, framerate drops to about 15-20 in major cities. (as opposed to my regular 50-70)
