I. Introduction
a.Why a Smitewhore?
Smitewhores are a dps priest which unlike shadow is flat burst dps. Not DoTs. Also, Shadow is a Mana/Health Battery before they are dps. Anyways as a Smitewhore you damage can easily challenge that of main dps classes which I found harder to do as Shadow.

Pros:
Fanatastic Damage
Simple Play Style
Good Soloing.
Cons:
Little Mana Effeciency
Sometimes Pigeonholed into Healing
Heavily Spirit and Crit Based
Low Hitting "bolts"
c. Group Role
You are a dps and an offhealer as needed thats it. Sometimes pigeonholed into being a main healer but what can I say **** happens.
II. Priest Makeup
a. Stats
Being a Smitewhore means you gain both Spell Damage and Mana per 5 from Spirit making it a very valuable stat. Also you need alot of +crit to make this a good dps build, because 50% chance on crit to gain a free isntant attack. Int is also very nice because it increases your mana bar and spell crit.
1. Spell Crit, Spell Damage, Spirit

3. Stamina, Spell Hit
4. Spell Penetration
b. Equipment
Incanters set Mana etched is okay but completely lacks spirit.
c. Proffesions
This is a matter of personal choice. Alchemy, Enchanting (enchant rings), Engineering are your best choices since we do not get an epic BoP set from tailoring.
d. Builds
Another downside to this build is the lack of ability to alter the builds.
Talents that can be changed that are in this build:
Improved Mana burn, Healing Focus, Holy Nova (This talent is actually the main reason I respecced from Shadow), (Spirit of redemption can take a point).
III. Misc Tips and Tricks
If you can do a Fade+Holy Fire at the same time the tank pulls you will not pull aggro and they will have enough time to establish aggro before the fade. However, do NOT do this during an AoE pull. Currently Surge of Light is bugged, take full advantage of this; it will still crit even if it is the free smite, so you can get 2 or more surge of light procs in a row. With my personal build you have the 0.5 second mass dispel take full advantage of it piss those paladins off. Holy Nova (Rank 1) is your best friend in PvP you see, Holy Nova hits you and any ally 1x and hits any enemy 1x, so if it's just you and an opponent that is 2 chances for holy nova to crit, which is 1 chance for surge of light to crit, this is why Holy Nova kicks ass in PvP, since Smitewhore priests are hugely succeptable to silence in PvP you have to avoid it at all costs even if it means only using smite off a surge of light proc.
