I can't wait for 2.3 to come out myself. In arena's i won't have to deal with the GCD procing while leaving shadowform, meaning i can actually make a macro of casting a heal instantly as i hit to exit shadowform; Yay.
Less mana cost for forting and whatnot. Oh yes and the one thing that is finally good for my race.....starshards. Can't wait for me to hit #1 in damage meters after an SSC or TK run (normally top 5).

Starshards: requires no mana to cast, counts as a dot, lasts 15sec, has 30sec CD. Awesome.
DAMN IT!! Forgot I was in my PVP gear for Dailys and ganking...-_-
Almost for got for healers when 2.3 comes out, 1/3 of all the healing in the gear they have will be contributed to damage. So for instance, if a healer has 1500 healing, they ill have 300 damage for grinding and whatnot. ya it only took 3.5 years for blizz to figure out this would be good.
