Q: My Raid Leader said I need to spec...
A: Hey, you chose to be part of a raiding guild, didn't you? So you either choose to do what is expected of you, or you don't. If you don't, just don't expect to be taken on any of those precious raids you enjoy so much. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that the spec your RL is proposing is better than yours, it probably isn't, but your guild leaders and raid leaders call the shots. If you don't like it, time to start looking elsewhere.

IF YOU WANT TO RAID IN THE COMMISSION ON YOUR HUNTER, YOU MUST SPEC ONE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS. 

IF YOU DO NOT, YOU MUST OBTAIN PRIOR CONSENT FROM THE RAID LEADER AND/OR YOUR CLASS OFFICER (ME). 

OR ELSE YOU DON'T GET TO RAID.  PERIOD!



Below are the acceptable raid dps specs:



BEAST (kara/heroic gear level)


BM standard:

(there are movable points here based on weapon speed and the specific raid... it's a more complicated tree)

MM/Surv hybrid:

 (also slightly more complicated than BM... some points can move)




SURVIVAL (more than 600 agility BEFORE lightning reflexes)


Full SV:

(this spec is for maximum damage over long boss fights)

No readiness:

(depends on weapon speed, also very mana efficient)

SV/MM hybrid with EW:

(last point can go anywhere really, not as much mana efficiency)

Alright so I'll be honest, I only posted to show my new avatar. It's pretty good no?

My statement above still holds true though the language should be changed if I had wanted it to be taken seriously, ill stop now before i start ranting.
