Okay, alot of concern has been popping up within the guild about the focus and purpose of the "raid alliance" between The Hidden Palm, Rooks, and ourselves. We are becoming a very large guild as we have quite a nicely retained level 70 player base with minimal low levels that are not currently alts of main people in the guild online most of the time. This player base WOULD allow the solo PvE progression of our guild further through Gruul and other raids. However I personally feel that the current drive and intent is not there to push that PvE progression. We usually end up waiting for half a hour to a hour for one person for a mesely Karazhan run. The point is we need to start being on time and ready for the raid when we get there. We'll need to start on time as people have other **** to do and a schedule is nice for people with more busy schedules.
Why we could do Gruul:
- Large player base of 70's
- Alot of active people
- Two fairly geared Karazhan groups already
- Very position oriented and quite easily done once learned
Why we can't do Gruul:
- Wonky activity times of people logging in/off
- Time frames
- Lack of seriousness when it comes to punctuality
The truth is if we get our act together we could very well pull off solo PvE progression, however if we don't than it's pointless to waste everyone's time by waiting for a couple people every night we already do that when we have 3 ****ing guilds to pick people out of it's stupid.
