Required AddOns for Raiding

I thought, to help things get going, it would help as well to have a thread dedicated to AddOns which are absolutely essential for raiding. Some have already mentioned in Tenath's thread, and will be reiterated here.


KLH Threat Meter - Download
* Settings are what they need to be from the get-go. No additional settings necessary.

SWStats - Download
(you can have an alternate damage meter if you choose, but this is the most accurate when used by a group of people. most guild members already have it, so go with the flow)
* To setup - type "/sws bars"
* You can setup multiple tabs (on the bottom of the window) to show damage, healing, dps, etc.
* To set up each bar, Click on the "S" (for settings, duh!) button in the upper right hand corner. Settings are self-explainatory.

Group Calendar - Download
* To set up for sync - Open the options window by clicking on the analog clock on your minimap.
* Click on the "Setup" tab at the bottom of the window.
* Change "Configuration" to MANUAL.
* Make sure the "Use Guild data channel" is checked, and make sure the "Use shared data channel" is unchecked.
* Change the "Minimum Rank to Show" to Goomba.
* Click on "Apply"
* Click on "Connect"
* You're done! (Connection Sync takes 5 minutes, but you can go ahead and close the window)


OPTIONAL BUT USEFUL ADDONS

Deadly Boss Mods - Download
*No setup Needed (as far as I know)

CT Raid - Download
*Setup is self-explanitory. Button on minimap or use "/ctr"

Duckiebank - Download
* I'm not very familiar with Duckiebank. For setup instructions, if any, talk to Tenath or one of the other guild officers.


If there are any more the Raid Leaders deem necessary, just post them here and I'll add the links, and any additional setup instructions needed.

Awww Mr Lane using a fast computer to do our legwork.. cant let this go without taking full advantage of it!!! muahahah

What about a deadly boss mods link? Or or or or a CT raid linkage!! yea i like those ones! Recommended but not required obviously. Other goodies are atlasloot so people can stop asking what instance holds what gear.. they can look it up themselves. Duckiebank if anyone wants to know whats in the bank, and also the PayTenath addon which automatically sends me half of your daily earnings in the game. I especially like the last one!

Done and done. Unfortunately, the PayTenath Addon was discontinued as of BC, and I can't update it, specifically because I have no idea how to write mods.
