Just a suggestion (and yes this is comming from a pali).

This fight seems to be an endurance/mass heal fight. I'd suggest a -MAX- of 4 pali healers (3 really) mix the rest up out of druids/shaman/priests.  The pali's can focus heal the tanks, while the priests do circle of healing, druids Hot/tranq, and the shaman's do their chain healing.

While a few pali's are -damn- good healers, we really aren't made to be "raid wide" instant damage healers.

I'm thinking 3 druids 3 priests each scattered around the circle at the 6 major clock points, tranq + circle of healing (innervating each other + pots) would allow for easier raid wide healing. yes they will draw agro, but as we've seen it is avoidable and they can caste and run.

ranged really does need to bandage themselves from what  I saw last night.

This isn't a slam against pali healers. Hell I am proud of our limited skill set and how well we -DO- use it.  But this is no different than starting off in kara in greens and blues, you need to get a -proper- mixed group untill it gets geared enough to start subbing in (we're geared enough now to really do gruuls which we should to fill out our gear) others as we see fit.

The VR fight we hear about being so easy is typically a total t-4/t-5 mixed raid. we had greens and blues, tanks being critted to hell and back (not counting the charges here).

IMO get our 2nd -and- third kara's off the ground. MAKE IT HAPPEN. Use g-2 as a progression/farming team, shift out people to make the other groups fly. (we have some super tanks in klu, epic and that other other druid, great healers to farm out to other groups). 

Add in gruuls weekly on wednesday to toss these same groups into 25 man work (a raid group really needs to gel to do really well, pugs aren't the easiest to work with). And DO VR ATTEMPTS ON Sat. We do not want to stop VR attempts, but we will be able to judge how well we do as we progress in gear and experience raiding together.

You'll notice our best gruuls runs had 80% of our g-2 "A" team there, since they/we have worked together so well in 10 man it gave a solid core to our 25 man run. the same can be done by getting these other groups off the ground. Otherwise we will continue to have to pug it out. (this is not a go g-2 ad btw, just an observation we're not "1337" we've just gelled as a team). 

I like seeing tenath leading g-1 and focusing on it. talk it over with shaved and "shave" a few members for g-1 off g-2. ie one experienced healer (out of your groups 3), one experienced tank (out of your 2) etc etc. so that you will BUILD a solid g-1 and not just adopt the reserve list of g-2. (post the people you want don't have a signup list, we already know who wants to go, and fill from who shows/doesn't)

Give g-1 2 weeks then elect a leader out of g-2 to take a 3rd group. Again take an experiened 1 of each needed group (healers tanks etc). By this time the "subs have had 2 weeks of working with g-2" and they will setting in to getting geared.

g-3 I am guessing would also require some recruiting outside the guild ( I know for a fact and I have offered many times that I can get 5 core people up and running). People may naysay this, yet that is how many of us came to join g-2 and the commission. we ran with shaved & co. and Signed up.

(also recomend not making healers leaders, we tend to not know all the pulls etc as we're focused on healing, a "puller/tank" should be the leader.)
