Been a while since I seen anybody postin' here, but there's stuff comin' in the next patch that's affectin' warriors. If'n yer a warrior an not checkin' the warrior forums anyway... yer a scrub. Lots o'good stuff there.
Those o'ye who might be new, me name's Furin Stonefist an I'm the warrior officer in Commission. If'n ye got any questions bout specs, weapons, abilities, whatever jus ask me.
Now if yer not knowin' there's some stuff goin' down in 2.3:
1. Disarm immunity nerf. BAH! This's a damn slap in me face! 50% immunity will now be the cap fer resistin' disarm. That's includin' ME FECKIN WEAPON CHAINS an the "Weapon Mastery" Arms talent. Apparently they wanted to screw MS wars as well as tanks (and you know, dps and healers if I get disarmed by mobs in a raid).
2. Mace spec "adjustment". Well I ain't Arms spec no more, but givin' me an extra rage fer givin' up some mace stuns don't sound like a good trade. Could be worse (see above).
3. Healing reduction effects will now effect health drain effects and abilities. Translation: MS'll piss off affliction locks.
4. Tactical Mastery to boost threat generated by Mortal Strike and Bloodthirst while in Defensive stance. THIS JUST IN: TM is useful to non-prot warriors! IF YER A FECKIN' WARRIOR AN YE DON'T HAVE TACTICAL MASTERY ALREADY I'MA KICK YER ARSE (with me fists... after ye disarm me! FECK!). The good news is ye guys that like big numbers'll be able to finally keep some aggro with MS so tankin's easier on ye when ye slap on yer shield an step up to the plate.
5. Devastate will now apply the effects of Sunder Armor and also be effected by talents that effect Sunder. Well, it'll free up a slot on me spell bar... BUT I AIN'T GONNA BE "DEVASTATIN'" NOTHIN' WHEN I'M DISARMED. Kinda nice I guess... it'll be lowerin' the rage cost on devastate. So I'm gettin' some free damage to go with me sunders I spose.
I guess that's the long an short of it. If ye need me I'ma be slappin' nubs around with me FISTS so I ain't lookin' like a TOTAL GODDAMN TOOL when bustin' out me pimp hand fer Karazhan. BAH!
