well I seriously wanted to be there. Have given up on every being around for when you guys do prince (weekends don't exist for me anymore beyond friday), so my goal is the mace from maiden /sigh
I just literally fell asleep. 18 hour days + late night = asleep.
Kara = no fun for several reasons for people at the moment.
A: G2 Was a -family- style tight unit. Now most of our old -core- aren't there, which makes it more or less a new pug.
B: we're gearing out other players without a clear cut goal for the guild. This again leads older players to not really want to bother.
C: We've set our goal on PVE. Yet we're still lacking in the basic mechanics of a PVE guild. 30-50 -geared- people from kara/arena level gear.
If you want kara's then we need for make it happen by improving our runs to 1-2 nights max in 3 hours each night(cause yes thats how the good ones do it). 2 hours to curator, 2 hours to prince, 2 hours for extra bosses (yes thats all it takes folks).
This requires set rosters as we had before.
Sign ups kill 10 mans when you have half your guild geared and half not.
25 mans can't happen properly soley in guild without a solid core of 25 + 5-10 subs. (that know they are the subs).
Stop asking and POST a roster for 25 mans.
If they can't make it, sub in the subs and don't let those that missed it come.
