I don't give a damn what it will take but I will do everything in my power to make Kara work for us.  Enough of us.  I'm not talking 1 group, I'm not talking 2 groups,  I want 3 working Karazhan groups.  I will mass recruit if I must.  I will recruit sum nub scrubs, teach them how 2play I don't care what it takes but I'll do it... And I know how to...  I'm going pugging... Not heroics, not kara, not even level 70 instances.  I'm talking Durneholde Level instances, I will run them over and over again... Show them my badassiery... Make them feel like they are good... Give them helpful suggestions... and Offer them a real guild to join...  This is my goal... I want 3 working Kara groups... I will  watch High King Mulgar die... I will watch Gruul die... I will watch Mag die... I will watch Zul'jin die... We shall watch Archimonde and Illidan DIE!!! Who is with me!?

when you get back on, your plan sounds really time consuming.

you should probably just go resto, get a bunch of healing and resil gear, and follow me around

I'd love to Myrid. Can you fly down from Canada and do my job for me?

Thanks, that'll really help me get some random scrubs geared up, so they can leave the first week we skip raiding.

Sorry, I'm still bitter that I had to miss the premade I had on the calendar.  I work for a consulting firm, so my workload is either non-existent or ridiculous.
