So, nearing the start of season 3 and on the notes is doesn't appear that we got any significant buffs. You can see many rogues being frustrated by this however, what is not mentioned in the notes is the strength of our season 3 gear.
With appropriate gemming we can hit 11k health, 400 resil and 1800 attack power. With so much attack power in the new gear it's obvious what spec rogues will be going. Even with the 5% less crit we can obtain 27%. With those stats in mind and over 1000 armor penetration it looks like our buffs were in the gear rather than spec's (aside from hemo buff of course).
Rather than being disappointed that we went yet another patch with no talent review we, as the rogue class, should be very excited about how this may very well increase our 5v5 viability.(change from ss spam is always nice!)
Rogue Buff: Hemo is now an instant attack that does 125% more weapon and damage and still applies the debuff however with only 10 charges. Real Meaning: Hemo now scales better than Sinister Strike with weapons.
Commie, as much as you believe it will I'm sorry to say its just not enough. With the buffs to my favorite tree and an extra 10 dps to my mainhand in the first week of season 3 things will be back in my favor once more. Rather than continuing this argument we can schedule our ultimate showdown for November 23rd...or the closest time that you will be online at. See you there Mr. overconfident paladin.
